Time to Party Plan!

These past couple months have been so hectic but are finally (somewhat) showing signs of slowing down. We have both completed the process of studying and sitting for the bar exam, and won't find out about our results until late-October. Here we are during a study break, taking a mini-photoshoot in a study room at school:

Once we completed the bar exam, we both went back to work for a couple weeks. During that time, Chris surprised Sarah with flowers at work to celebrate the one-year countdown to the wedding.

We were excited to jet set off to Germany for two weeks. It was quite an adventure (make sure you renew your passport one year before your renewal date everyone), but we both eventually made it. We were able to visit with our friends in Munich, their family in Ettal, and were even able to take a trip up north to Leipzig and to Rossleben (where Sarah's Mom's side of the family originally came from).

Now it's time to party plan. Today, Sarah went with her Mom to Jo-Ann Fabrics to look at colors in person and decide upon color schemes/next steps. This is the first time doing any sort of wedding planning post-bar exam. There will be plenty more to come in the next couple weeks, including save-the-date cards and dress/suit shopping.

Oh, and did we mention? We have a band! Sarah loves the band because her name is in the band's name (The band is called "My Sister Sarah"). Chris loves it because it's booked.

Get ready to dance your tails off!
